FDA for Entry Filers and
Industry Informed Compliance & Regulation

This is the beginning of a New Compliance Series brought to you by FCBF

In order to take full advantage of these workshops we have decided to merge both sessions together since we do not want anyone to miss out on either one of the educational meetings taking place on Wednesday, July 23rd.

Please take a look at the changes and plan your day accordingly:

Session A: Seminar Series - FDA For Entry Filers - Originally scheduled from 9-12 PM
Session B: Industry Informed Compliance - Originally scheduled from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Both sessions are now combined with one another and will run simultaneously from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM

You will eventually benefit from this change, here's how:

Rate for members:
$65 per person - or - $40  if there are more than 3 attending from the same company

Rate for non-members:
$85 per person - or - $55  if there are more than 3 attending from the same company

Please contact us immediately for more details - When unsure about your entry, you must go to the experts - The experts won't come to you

Here's a few of the topics to be discussed:
Beyond the general FDA rules and requirements, filing entries for FDA regulated commodities often seems like a different world.  This seminar will feature the "how to" aspects for FDA filers including how to appropriately obtain and transmit product codes, registration information, facility/process numbers, affirmation of compliance, etc. to facilitate
cargo clearance. Also included: Medical Device Classification - How to Proceed from there
How to address CBP, FDA, and USDA and their Specific Requirements for Regulated Products
CBP, FDA, USDA; which one to go first?
Picking the right Customs House Broker - When unsure go to the experts, the experts won't come to you.
