Mr. Hill has been with the FMC for 25 years. Prior to his current position, Mr. Hill served as the Director of the Office of Consumer Affairs and Dispute Resolution Services for 2 years and prior to that as the Director of the Commission's Bureau of Enforcement. Before coming to the agency, Mr. Hill practiced law in Washington, DC representing transportation entities, shippers and  transportation-related associations in commercial, regulatory and labor concerns. A native of Los Angeles, CA, Mr. Hill received both undergraduate and law degrees from Brigham Young University and currently resides in Silver Spring, MD.
