Información de interés para los conductores de la Florida

Un nuevo año: ¡Nuestros mejores deseos a todos para 2013! Con el inicio del nuevo año, renovamos nuestro compromiso a mantener seguras las carreteras de la Florida. Instamos a todos los conductores que nos ayuden en esta tarea por fijación de cinturones de seguridad al conducir un vehículo de motor y asegurándose de que todos los demás en el vehículo es el cinturón de seguridad. También es fundamental que los niños de todas las edades fijar correctamente en una silla de auto o un asiento diseñado para su edad y tamaño. Al conducir en nuestras carreteras por favor compartan el camino y no conducir agresivamente o distraigan. Estar preparado para pasar o reducir la velocidad cuando vea una emergencia o un vehículo de aplicación de la ley con sus luces intermitente en el lado de la carretera ayudando a otros automovilistas. Ser un conductor responsable por conducir sobrio. Utilizando el sentido común y siguiendo las reglas de la carretera, podemos todos hacer carreteras de Florida seguro en 2013.

Línea directa y formulario electrónico para reportar uso indebido de permiso de estacionamiento: La unidad de fraude de la División de Servicios al Motorista ha imple­mentado un nuevo proceso para revisar regularmente los permisos de estacionamiento de incapacitados en busca de posible fraude. Además de actualizar los registros con la información de defunciones recibida de la Oficina de Estadísticas  y la administración del Seguro Social, el Departamento ha establecido una línea de teléfono directa para recibir informes de posibles abusos de los permisos y también un formulario electrónico para registrar quejas, disponible a través de la página web del Departamento - www.flhsmv.gov.

La unidad de fraude recibe y realiza el seguimiento de las quejas y las refiere a la policía local para la investigación y emisión de infracciones, si es necesario. El número de la línea directa para reportar un posible uso fraudulento de un permiso de estacionamiento es el 850-617-3803.

Requisitos de Documentación: Le recomendamos a todos nuestros clientes visitar el sitio Web www.ReunaVengaObtenga.com el cual está diseñado a asistir a los Floridanos, en español, con los requisitos vigentes para obtener una licencia de conducir o tarjeta de identificación.  Los Floridanos que deseen renovar u obtener una nueva licencia o tarjeta de identificación son requeridos a presentar: 1) identificación, 2) Número de Seguro Social, y 3) dirección domiciliaria (dos documentos).     

Nuestro sitio Web está diseñado para ayudar a los residentes a entender los requisitos de documentación vigentes.  DHSMV le urge a todos los Floridanos a Reunir sus documentos, Venir a una oficina de licencias de conducir y Obtener su nueva licencia o tarjeta de identificación.

Customs Commodity Classification Training, Customs Valuation Title XIX Code of the Federal Regulations Review.  Various topics related to Customs Brokers responsibilities/ License Exam Preparation.

With this practical training the student will walk out with detailed knowledge of the Customs References such as Harmonized Tariff code of regulations; knowledge of quick use of such references; knowledge of the Customs Broker Exam questions preparation; study and note taking requirements.

The purpose of this information bulletin is to communicate the scheduling of two outreach seminars concerning the Valentine's Day Cut Flower Peak Season Plan for 2013 for agricultural inspection services. The seminars will be conducted on Thursday, January 10, 2013 at 10:00 am and at 2:00 pm. at the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Cargo Clearance Center (CCC) conference room #264, 6601 N.W. 25th Street, Miami, Florida.
Representatives from CBP Agriculture Trade will be present to address any concerns.
